Music Unwound will feature performances, lectures, recitals, exhibitions, and similar events in collaboration with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and other community partners.  The works of American Composer Aaron Copland and Mexican Composer Silvestre Revueltas honors the culture, people and the undeterred spirit of Mexico and the great American Southwest.  Aaron Copland forged a distinctly American style of composition and is referred to as "the Dean of American Composers."
