AC Kitchen has become a hit for The Smith Center crowd, and for good reason. Open from 4-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 4-11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday (and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, if you happen to be in the area), the stylish spot offers a menu loaded with satisfying starters like mushroom croquettes, seared scallops and a loaded charcuterie board; tasty entrees like chicken Cacciatore, Atlantic salmon and a smash burger that has already become a favorite for Smith Center staffers; and delectable desserts like flan, triple chocolate mousse cake and cinnamon chile-spiced churros.
