The Smith Center has moved exclusively to a contactless mobile ticketing platform to ensure greater safety and convenience for all patrons who enter our theaters. Mobile tickets offer numerous benefits, including quick and easy entry and less risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. Mobile tickets are also eco-friendly and consistent with our long-term commitment to sustainability. Through mobile-only ticketing, we can greatly improve how patrons receive and manage their tickets and help to ensure the best Smith Center experience possible.

: Mobile ticketing is the process whereby patrons obtain and gain entry to an event using their mobile phone. A mobile ticket contains a unique ticket verification (QR code) which keeps your tickets safe and secure and allows for easy retrieval and entry at the event. Your tickets will be available shortly after purchase at Wallet.TheSmithCenter.com.
: Mobile tickets add an additional layer of security against counterfeit and stolen tickets by having a dynamically changing, unique QR code that is scanned when you arrive at a show. By allowing only one scan per entry, any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell copies of the mobile tickets will result in denied entry.
: Shortly after you complete your ticket purchase, you will receive an email receipt as your proof of purchase of your performance tickets. You will no longer receive an email with attached PDFs. Instead, all tickets will now be delivered digitally into this Smith Center Mobile Wallet, where you will be able to log in using your same Smith Center login credential and view your mobile tickets. Closer to the show, you will also receive a prearrival reminder email with the same link to help you access your mobile wallet. Mobile tickets will be delivered digitally to your Smith Center Mobile Wallet shortly after purchase at Wallet.TheSmithCenter.com. Please note that the tickets in your Smith Center Mobile Wallet are valid tickets and should be protected like you would any other ticket.
: You will be able to access your mobile tickets via The Smith Center Mobile Wallet shortly after your purchase at Wallet.TheSmithCenter.com. At that point, you will be able to access the Smith Center Mobile Wallet via your preferred website browser on your mobile phone.
: You will use the same Smith Center credentials that you used to purchase your show tickets for your Smith Center Mobile Wallet. If you do not have Smith Center credentials because you purchased your tickets over the phone or in person, you will have to create an account. You can then use that account to also access your tickets in your Smith Center Mobile Wallet.
: No, you do not need to download an app to access your Smith Center Mobile Wallet. You can simply open up any web browser (ex: Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and type in wallet.thesmithcenter.com to access your wallet.

: Need to share a ticket(s) with a friend? Log in to your Smith Center mobile wallet, click on the applicable performance date, then click SHARE TICKETS and follow the subsequent prompts to easily share your tickets via text or email. View a short video here about this process.

: Yes. To do so, please return to your Smith Center mobile wallet, and select “Share Tickets” to complete the process.
: Log in to your Smith Center mobile wallet, click on the applicable performance date, then click SHARE TICKETS and follow the subsequent prompts to easily share your tickets via text or email. Or, meet your group at the door to scan their tickets in, or your friends will need to purchase their tickets separately. View a short video here about this process.
: Your Smith Center mobile wallet is not the same as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. However, we are pleased to announce that you can now add your Smith Center ticket to your Apple Wallet. Simply log into your Smith Center mobile wallet, select your performance, and scroll down to the “Add to Apple Wallet icon.” Follow the subsequent steps and you will now be able to view your ticket in your Apple Wallet. An integration with Google Wallet will be coming in the future.
: It will begin displaying approximately 4 hours prior to your performance start time.
: Yes, as soon as your ticket is available in your Smith Center mobile wallet, it may be shared to your Apple Wallet.
: No, you cannot take a screenshot of your mobile ticket. This is because the QR code on your ticket dynamically refreshes on a regular basis, so it is not a static image available to screenshot.
: No, you will no longer receive any PDFs to print out.
: You can pull up your mobile tickets within your Smith Center Mobile Wallet on your phone and place your phone under the contactless scanner to scan your mobile tickets. Be sure to turn your mobile phone’s screen brightness up to the highest level.
: You may share the ticket from your mobile wallet even after the show has begun. Log in to your Smith Center mobile wallet, click on the applicable performance date, then click SHARE TICKETS and follow the subsequent prompts to easily share your tickets via text or email. : Yes, as part of the transition to mobile ticketing, all tickets, including resident companies, will be delivered via the Smith Center mobile wallet.
: We are committed to eliminating contact touchpoints wherever possible to provide a safer and more comfortable experience for our patrons. Mobile tickets allow for quick and easy contactless entry to the venue without waiting in lines to pick up your tickets at the box office. Mobile tickets are like traditional event tickets but are more convenient and more secure with a unique QR code that is scanned at the door. Plus, mobile tickets are eco-friendly, which is consistent with The Smith Center’s mission of sustainability. For these reasons, The Smith Center has now moved exclusively to mobile tickets.
: You will receive your season tickets in the Smith Center Mobile Wallet. Broadway Las Vegas® tickets that have been exchanged or upgraded will also be delivered to your Smith Center Mobile Wallet, and will replace your original tickets.
: If you can’t find your ticket, arrive without your phone or your phone loses its battery charge, you can go to the box office the night of and get a temporary ticket. We recommend charging your mobile device before your event to prevent entry delays.
