Exchanges, Upgrades and Adding On Seats

As a season ticket holder, you have the exclusive benefit of exchanging or upgrading your individual tickets with no fees*. You pay only the difference in cost of tickets, depending on the section or day of week into which you exchange or upgrade. If upgrading your seats, you'll pay the lowest price of the season before the show is on sale to the general public and prices rise.

Recently, we enhanced the online Broadway ticket exchange process. Your account now contains a new, easy-to-use online portal with a list of all your upcoming performances (including non-Broadway tickets) and the option to exchange your Broadway seats seamlessly online. Features of this new portal include:

Convenience: Handle the exchange transaction in a self-service manner, at any time of day or night that is convenient for you.
Select-your-own-seat: Pick the exact seat you're exchanging into, and see any potential price difference.
Up-to-the-minute Inventory: Choose from the same inventory that a ticketing representative would access, always viewing the most up-to-date availability.
Purchase Additional Seats: Add-on tickets in the same transaction.
View From Seat: Visualize what the stage view will look like in your new seats using the "view from seat" feature.

Frequently Asked Questions: Exchanges and Upgrades

: You will be able to exchange one production at a time. If you would like to exchange seats for an additional production, please fully complete the transaction and begin again for the subsequent production.
: As a season ticket holder, you will pay only the difference, depending on section or day of week. You will pay no additional fees.
: Yes, you may add on seats during the exchange process and may choose from the available inventory.
: Not all season ticket holders take every Broadway show as part of their package, so inventory can sometimes become available closer to the engagement. We will alert you when the exchange window opens for each show, allowing you to explore changing your day of week or seat, per performance. Based on availability.
: Seat Change Request During Renewal Period: As you are renewing your season tickets online or over the phone, you can request a seat change for your entire series. Once all season ticket holders have chosen to either keep or release their season tickets, the ticketing department will review the inventory of open seats to determine if there is a match for your request. If so, you'll be offered the option and any relevant pricing changes at that point. If there is no match for your request, you can choose to release your seats for the series and have your renewal charges refunded.
: Once exchanges are enabled for a Broadway show, you may exchange at any time prior to 24 hours before the original performance time. For best availability, we recommend completing your exchange as soon as you can after it opens.
: Yes, our Ticketing and Box Office staff is available at 702-749-2000 (TTY number 800-326-6868 or dial 711) Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM. However, our online portal is available 24 hours a day and allows you access to the same inventory.

1. LOCK IN THE LOWEST SEASON TICKETS PRICE
Season tickets guarantee the best availability and the lowest ticket price for the season as single tickets are subject to demand-based pricing.

2. KEEP YOUR SAME SEATS FOR EVERY SHOW
You’ll enjoy the same seats for every show in your Toyota Broadway Las Vegas® series, plus have the first chance to renew them next season.

3. CUSTOMIZE YOUR SEASON
You can customize your season and keep only the shows you prefer in your Broadway series. Package sizes and minimum number of shows change depending on the season.

4. SAVE ON TICKET FEES
Based on regular ticket fees if purchased separately.

5. PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS BEFORE THE PUBLIC
You’ll have access to purchase select performances at The Smith Center outside of your season series before they go on sale publicly.

6. RECEIVE 20% OFF ON SELECT NON-BROADWAY SHOWS
When purchasing, login to your account using your season ticket holder credentials, and 20% off non-Broadway performances will automatically be applied. Select performances. Limit of four tickets per person, per show, based on availability.

7. EXCHANGE OR UPGRADE YOUR TICKETS
As a season ticket holder, enjoy even more flexibility as you have the option to exchange or upgrade your tickets with no fees. You pay only the difference, depending on section or day of week. Performance of the same production, based on availability.

If you are unable to attend or exchange your tickets for a performance, you can turn those tickets into a tax-deductible contribution to The Smith Center. Exchanges and donations must be arranged no less than 24 hours prior to the performance date.
