As the new Group Sales manager for The Smith Center, Mychael Powell doesn’t exaggerate when he calls himself a performing arts expert. A professional singer, dancer and actor for decades, Powell performed in major productions worldwide, including Tokyo, Paris, New York City and Las Vegas.

The Smith Center Launches Mobile Ticketing
The Smith Center is fully updating its operations to maximize health and safety – right down to its tickets. The Smith Center will transition exclusively to mobile ticketing for its reopening this fall, with digital tickets sent directly to patrons’ smartphones for them to hold under a scanner.

Returning Smith Center Guests Will Find Its Neighborhood Transformed
When guests return to The Smith Center after its fall reopening, they will find its neighborhood vibrantly transformed. Multiple new developments recently finished construction near the center, part of an ongoing evolution for Symphony Park – the 61-acre parcel in downtown Las Vegas with The Smith Center at its heart.

Smith Center Partnering With Nevada SPCA for “CATS” Promotion
With Southern Nevadans highly anticipating the musical spectacular “CATS,” running October 12 through 17, The Smith Center is partnering with the Nevada SPCA animal shelter for a special cat food drive. This includes an opportunity for community members to enter to win a family four pack of front-row tickets to the show’s opening night on Tuesday, October 12.
