Performance Information
Bob Anderson is a Las Vegas Icon and the “World’s Greatest Singing Impressionist.” A stroke of luck found him sitting in a rehearsal with Nancy Sinatra and the Everly Brothers hours before Nancy’s opening night at The Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas. The Everly Brothers got into a fight and left Nancy with no opening act. Anderson walked up to the stage and said, “Hey, I’m a singer, I can do whatever you need.” Approximately eight hours after Bob walked into the Sahara in cut offs and a T-shirt, the 21-year-old Vietnam Veteran was on stage performing with Nancy Sinatra. He appeared on The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson twice in one week—the only performer ever to do so. He’s performed at the Academy Awards, Carnegie Hall, Monte Carlo and London’s West End Theater for the royal family. He had 10 award-winning residency at The top of the Dunes in Las Vegas, as well as an award-winning residency at The Palazzo. He’s also been inducted into the Casino Legends Hall of Fame and The Las Vegas Entertainers Hall of Fame.
In honor of America’s 250th birthday, Bob, a proud member of the American military, celebrates with an evening of music that reflects American life, values and dreams, from the Jazz Age and Great Depression to World War II and beyond.
