When you plan a memorable outing at The Smith Center for a group of 10 or more you receive a host of special benefits that are typically unavailable to individual ticket buyers. These benefits for groups that purchase tickets together include a wide range of entertainment opportunities, special savings and other perks.

As a group, you’ll get more entertainment value with benefits such as:

Special pricing for most shows, provided the group minimum is met.
Priority seating, with the option of locking in your first choice of seats before they go on sale to the general public.
Waived individual-ticket-service fees, replaced by a one-time, cost-effective $30 group order charge.
Flexible payment terms, allowing you to deposit now and make your final payment later.
Convenient, complimentary parking provided for motor coaches and buses.
Concierge-style, person-to-person service with your own dedicated, Group Sales Department representative.
Opportunities to add pre-show special events, including happy hours, dinners, wine tastings or other activities.

Buying your Smith Center group tickets and taking advantage of these special benefits is easy.

Simply contact our Group Sales department, let them know which show(s) you’re interested in, and they’ll prepare the transaction. After you make your deposit or payment in full, you can sit back and relax as your Group Sales representative takes care of the rest. Smith Center groups typically consist of at least 10 people purchasing show tickets together, though the required minimum number can change based on the performance. Anyone can purchase tickets to The Smith Center as a group, including Meetup groups, companies going on corporate outings, wedding parties, churches, scout troops and social clubs.

Thinking about putting a group outing together? Find answers to many frequently asked questions below.

: Most shows in Reynolds Hall, Myron’s and Troesh Studio Theater offer up to a 15% group discount on the base ticket price, plus the waiver of all individual convenience fees (these range from $4.50 to over $20 per ticket). No sales tax is collected. The only other charge is a one-time nonrefundable $30 group-order fee.
: For most shows, it’s 10 people or more at the same performance and in the same ticket price category. Some shows require a minimum of 15 or 20 people.
: Even though individual tickets often go on sale to the public only 60 days ahead of time, groups can reserve tickets many months in advance for most shows. This way, you get the best choice of seats. For more information, call 702-749-2348 or request group tickets here.
: First, call the Group Sales department at 702-749-2348 or complete the online Group Interest Form. You may also email your questions to [email protected]. We require a signed Group Sales agreement (which a Group Sales representative will prepare) and either a deposit or full payment in order to reserve your seats.
: There are several payment options. You may pay in full and receive your tickets immediately. Or you may place a 25% nonrefundable/nonexchangeable deposit now (some shows require 50%), then pay the balance when you know the exact number of people who will be attending. Final payment is generally due 30 or 60 days before the performance date.
: Yes, you may. As long as seats remain available for sale, you may add more attendees. All ticket prices are subject to change without advance notice, so late add-ons may pay a higher price than the original group. You may also reduce the number of tickets up until the time you have made final payment, provided the total count is at least equal to the group minimum for that show.

If the number falls to fewer than the group minimum, your purchase will not qualify for any group discount or other savings, therefore individual ticket fees will be charged. The deposit will be applied to your ticket purchase, but in no case will any portion of the deposit or subsequent payment(s) be refunded or exchanged for a different show or other merchandise or service.
: To get the full price discount and other group benefits, the purchase must be made in one transaction (or deposit, plus balance) and all tickets sent to a group organizer. If your attendees want to pay individually, you may contact a Group Sales representative at 702-749-2348 to learn more.
: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment can also be made by check, made payable to The Smith Center, if completed no later than four weeks before the show date.
: Yes, all seats must be in the same price category, whether or not you are physically seated in the same row(s). You may divide into multiple groups of different prices, as long as each subgroup meets all the group criteria, including minimum-order quantity.
: The Smith Center has moved exclusively to a contactless mobile ticketing platform to ensure greater safety and convenience for all patrons who enter our theaters. Mobile tickets offer numerous benefits, including quick and easy entry and less risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. Mobile tickets are also eco-friendly and consistent with our long-term commitment to sustainability. Through mobile-only ticketing, we can greatly improve how patrons receive and manage their tickets and help to ensure the best Smith Center experience possible.
: Unfortunately, no. All group sales are final, and all payments are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
: You will have the opportunity to switch your tickets to the new date, or be issued a refund for the full amount to the credit card on file for the account, or to keep the funds as a credit on your Smith Center account for future use. Any expenses incurred for transportation, lodging, meals, etc. will be the sole responsibility of the patron.
: Yes, and it’s free. Our Smith Center valet team will be available to instruct your driver when you arrive.
: Please advise your Group Sales representative about any special needs when ordering your group tickets. Accessible seating is provided in all price categories, if requested in advance.
