Performance Information

Las Vegas Academy of the Arts presents its 14th annual Smith Center concert, Origins. A celebration of musical origins from cultures around the world, the performance features U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own" euphonium soloist Sgt. 1st Class Christopher Buckley performing Dennis Llinás' "Sueños de Calle Ocho," with the composer in attendance. The evening will also showcase Dr. Nathan Southwick performing Maurice Ravel's "Tzigane" and acclaimed baritone André Chiang performing "Libera Me" from the Fauré Requiem.

Join us for this milestone concert that combines world-class artistry with the exceptional talent of Las Vegas Academy's music students.

Attendees Under 18: Appropriate for all ages. Ages 2+ must have a ticket. For this performance only, children under 2 years of age do not require a ticket to sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
